In 2008, Kimberly started her career working as an analyst at Square 1 Bank in Durham, North Carolina where she underwrote portfolio companies that had positive environmental and social impacts, in addition to financial performance. Kimberly worked this impact analysis into diligence reports that were utilized for the structuring of credit deals. In 2010, Kimberly joined Goldman Sachs Bank USA, where she led teams supporting the lending portfolio of private equity firms and private wealth clients. While at Goldman, Kimberly worked on the Community Reinvestment Act review within the bank and was nominated to the Women’s Career Strategic Initiative as well as the Associate Advisory Council. Upon entering graduate school in 2016, Kimberly was a senior associate for the Sorenson Impact Center at the University of Utah, creating diligence packages for start-ups, private equity, and venture funds, while also leading a research study with over 75 of the largest global financial institutions. Upon graduation, Kimberly joined Addepar as a Sales Executive and continued her education in impact investing and ESG. In 2021, she joined Clarity AI as the Head of Business Development for the Americas – Clarity AI focuses on societal impact in the markets. Kimberly helps her clients analyze sustainability data, report on impact metrics, and comply with sustainability regulation. In addition to serving on the Impact Advisory Board at Aaron Wealth Advisors, she serves on the Investment & Finance Committee for the Girl Scouts of Utah and the Executive Committee for Womenpreneurs. Away from the desk, she and her family enjoy spending much of their free time in the backcountry of Utah. Kimberly has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Utah.
