Associate, Liquidity Execution Group

Charles Tucker Jr. is an Associate at Aaron Wealth Liquidity Execution Group. In his role, Charles works directly with the Managing Partner, Chief Business Officer and senior leadership team across multiple segments of the business, including investment data management, M&A transaction due diligence, and strategic operational reporting.

Prior to Aaron Wealth, Charles worked as a Strategy Consultant for Accenture within the CFO and Enterprise Value practice, one of the firm’s emerging and boutique practices. Before relocating to Chicago from East Lansing, Michigan, he served as a Financial Budgeting Associate for Michigan State University’s Athletic Department, assisting the CFO in the management of all 21 varsity athletic team programs. He was tasked to lead several initiatives, including restructuring the department’s budgeting model and key financial projects for the Athletic Director.

Charles was recruited to play Division I basketball and rose to captain his team at Sacred Heart University, where he earned a B.S. degree in Finance. In his free time, Charles remains dedicated to athletic pursuits as a fervent basketball and tennis player and enjoys exploring new restaurants, spending time with family, and traveling. In addition, he is deeply committed to being an advocate for his community through service, which includes participating as a member of the American Cancer Society’s Associate Board of Ambassadors, volunteering with Cradles to Crayons, and active involvement with the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Charles credits his family’s emphasis on community service and life in sports for instilling in him the importance of a life guided by faith, family, and serving others. He continues to find avenues for positively impacting the many communities he has been a part of – from Lansing, Michigan to Chicago to Washington, DC – in a mission to spread financial knowledge to those most in need.
