Cassandra Hornbuckle is Client Service Associate for Aaron Wealth Advisors. In this role, she supports advisors and clients by guiding new account onboarding, facilitating account management and transactions with accuracy and care, and serving as a trusted partner dedicated to delivering a seamless and personalized client experience.
Prior to joining Aaron Wealth Advisors, Cassandra was a Customer Support Team Lead with Morningstar Wealth, where she led a client support team, streamlined service processes, and mentored new employees to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences for clients and advisors. Earlier in her career, she also worked in high-end salons, where she combined her fashion background with a commitment to exceptional client service, cultivating trusted relationships and an eye for detail. She further expanded this creative foundation by producing hair shows and designing costumes, experiences that strengthened her ability to manage complex projects and bring artistic concepts to life.
Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion and Illustration from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Master’s degree in User Experience Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art, a combination that gives her a distinctive, people-centered approach to communication, problem-solving, and client service. Originally from St. Louis, Cassandra enjoys Pilates, yoga, cycling, travel, and live music, and values time spent with friends and family. She also volunteers with the Anti-Cruelty Society for animals. A lifelong creative professional, Cassandra has performed at Carnegie Hall and continues to pursue artistic projects that inspire her personally and professionally.
