This award recognizes the manager or investment research professional who made the biggest difference to their clients over the 12 months to July 31, through their research prowess, due diligence skills and/or leadership.

Candidates should provide evidence of the value they delivered to clients, such as exceptional investment results, examples of how due diligence skill led to a positive client outcome, or leadership decisions that benefited clients.

Criteria:

– Manager or investment research professional at a wealth manager, private bank or family office who was active in the 12 months to July 31 2020.

– Demonstrable positive impact on client outcomes.

Best ESG Investment Offering
This award recognizes the private bank, wealth manager or family office that has delivered the most impressive ESG investment solution for clients in the year to July 31, 2020.

Firms should provide evidence of their initiative delivered on all or some of the three pillars of ESG.

Firms should provide evidence of the investment and societal value generated by their impact initiative. Merit will be given to firms that can demonstrate how the impact investment offering met client goals to do good with their capital.

Criteria:

– Investment program, solution or deal(s) with a measurable and demonstrable positive societal impact.

– Initiative delivered a positive investment outcome for the client(s), or is on track to do so – with performance data to back that up.

The judging process, using an independent panel made up of a broad range of industry experts, will be based on a mixture of qualitative and quantitative performance indicators. Please check the criteria of each individual award to understand the key indicators judges will be assessing, which may include financial performance, investment performance, growth, client satisfaction levels and innovation. The PAM Awards will be split between our range of 20 judges, with each award assessed by at least three of the judges. Judges have discretionary power to move submissions into alternative categories that they think may be more suitable. All judges are required to sign a disclaimer form to keep information about entries and the final winners confidential. The judges are carefully selected for their wealth of experience and expertise, as well as their absence of conflicts of interest. Judges cannot judge any categories that their company has submitted for and are obliged to declare that they have no conflicts of interest prior to judging.
