Gary Hirschberg, J.D., CTFA

CEO & Founding Member

Gary Hirschberg is the founder of Aaron Wealth Advisors. He currently serves as the CEO of Aaron Wealth and is its lead advisor. Aaron Wealth is a registered independent advisory firm, dedicated to helping sophisticated individuals, multi-generational families, and family offices manage the complex business of their wealth. The firm represents the evolution of a successful practice Gary launched in 2006 within Goldman Sachs that counted among its clients influential and affluent families around the nation.

Prior to Aaron Wealth, Gary worked for Goldman Sachs as a Private Wealth Advisor and was a member of the Private Wealth Management Advisor’s Council, an internal group of top leaders within the division. He managed a team overseeing approximately $1.4 billion in assets.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Gary worked in nonprofit development. He was the Director of Development for Vanderbilt University Hillel and Assistant Director of Developmental Activities at Georgetown University. He received his BA with Honors from Georgetown University and his MBA and JD from Vanderbilt University and holds the distinction of being a Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). Although he does not practice law, he is a member of the Illinois Bar and the Chicago Estate Planning Council.

Along with his wife Hannah and their three children, Gary has focused heavily on community involvement in Chicago, Indianapolis, and nationally. Currently, he sits on the Board of Trustees at Newfields in Indianapolis, a nationally renowned art and nature organization, and serves as the Vice Chair on its investment committee. He is also a board member and head of the finance committee for International HIAS (Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society), which is a leader on refugee resettlement issues. In addition, he currently is the Chair of the investment committee for International Hillel, which builds Jewish community on college campuses. Both organizations have a national and international focus. He is also proud to be a regional board member of the Anti-Defamation League.

Bill Andrakakos, CFA, FRM

President & Chief Investment Officer

Bill Andrakakos is President & Chief Investment Officer for Aaron Wealth Advisors. In his role as President, Bill works in tandem with the CEO and senior leadership team to marshal the integral resources necessary for meeting the firm’s strategic objectives, enhancing its capabilities, and providing clients the highest level of service. As CIO, Bill is primarily responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment enterprise and delivering best-in-class solutions to clients. Bill is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder as well as a Certified Financial Risk Manager® (FRM). He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from Saint Louis University along with a Certificate in Business Management.

He began his career as a portfolio analyst for an independent advisory firm in the Washington, D.C. area, primarily serving high-net-worth individuals, executive compensation plans, and employee retirement plans. Bill then relocated to Chicago and joined Deutsche Bank, where he was a senior member of the Investment Strategy Group covering Equities and Real Assets. Most recently, he helped build the Product Management/Strategy Group at Northern Trust Asset Management.

Bill and his wife are avid readers, cooks, athletes, and travelers in their free time. As an active alumnus and Hall of Fame inductee of the Saint Louis University Rugby Club, Bill works to continue the charitable missions that he helped establish during his tenure. In one such case, he launched a partnership between the club and the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation, whose mission is to improve the lives of children suffering from pediatric brain tumors by pairing them and their families with a local sports program. As an area of great personal importance, Bill is always looking for opportunities to further his involvement within this community in the Chicago area.

Toby Stannard, CFA

Deputy Chief Investment Officer

Toby Stannard is Deputy Chief Investment Officer for Aaron Wealth Advisors. In his role, Toby works in conjunction with the Chief Investment Officer and team on investment-related activities, including the implementation and maintenance of investment solutions, sourcing of opportunistic offerings, ongoing analysis of client portfolios, manager due diligence, trading, and production of proprietary research. Toby is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder. He obtained a Master of Science in Finance from Warwick Business School (UK) as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from The University of Leicester (UK).

Toby began his career as an Equity Portfolio Manager at Northern Trust Asset Management based in London. He managed multi-billion dollar international and emerging market portfolios, mostly with an ESG focus. After relocating to Chicago with Northern Trust, he first worked as an Equity Strategist before moving into the Quantitative Strategy group. In this role, he served as a subject matter expert for the firm’s quantitative factor-based investments – developing custom solutions for clients, writing blogs and whitepapers, and presenting at industry conferences.

Toby is an avid traveler, sports enthusiast, and triathlete. He has completed Ironman triathlons and is aiming to complete all of the world’s major marathons. Through participation in those events, he has raised money for the Alzheimer’s Association as well as the Mind Mental Health Charity. Toby is also a keen scuba diver and a qualified PADI Rescue diver – able to assist in emergency diving situations such as unresponsive divers or search and rescue.

Alexander Fedynsky, J.D.

Managing Director, Investment Advisor & Wealth Planner

Alex Fedynsky is Managing Director, Investment Advisor and Wealth Planner in our Newport Beach, CA office. He has over 16-years’ experience providing sophisticated and complex clients with comprehensive wealth management, estate planning, tax planning, risk management and investment advisory services.

Prior to Aaron Wealth, Alex was a Vice President with Goldman Sachs, Ayco Personal Financial Management working with CEOs, CFOs, General Counsels, C-Suite executives, retirees, and ultra-high net worth families.

Alex was a Presidential Scholar at Wayne State University in Detroit where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics, minor in business administration, J.D., and M.B.A. He began his career at the Ford Motor Company, first as an intern and then joining full-time upon graduation, working in various roles including Governmental Affairs and Public Affairs. Although he does not practice law, Alex is a member of the State Bars of California and Michigan. In addition, he is a licensed California Life, Accident & Health Insurance agent.

Alex and his wife, along with their two daughters, live in Laguna Beach, CA. Dedicated to giving back to the community, he actively volunteers and supports several local organizations, including the Ukrainian-Museum Archives, the Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach, and Second Harvest of Orange County.

Adrianna Stasiuk

Managing Director, Investment Advisor

Adrianna is Managing Director, Investment Advisor with Aaron Wealth Advisors. In this role, she advises individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofits providing comprehensive wealth management services.

Prior to joining Aaron Wealth, Adrianna spent 8 years as a Banker and Client Advisor with J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, overseeing a book of business totaling nearly $500 million in assets. In that role, she worked with successful families to deliver tailored wealth planning solutions across multiple generations. In addition, one of Adrianna’s primary focuses was on providing care and guidance to recently divorced women and their families.

A former athlete, Adrianna was recruited to play Division I women’s volleyball at the University of Notre Dame, where she earned a B.A. degree in Accounting. She was identified as a talented and accomplished young professional in the Notre Dame accounting program with a membership in the Beta Alpha Psi Honor Society. Leveraging this knowledge and skillset to serve her South Bend community, Adrianna provided free income tax services to low-income families through the Tax Assistance Program. Outside the classroom, she was named as volleyball team captain for two seasons, receiving All-American honors in 2005. Adrianna also holds an MBA degree from The Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame, with a concentration in Investments. There, she was hand-picked by professors from a competitive applicant pool to join the Applied Investment Management (AIM) team, charged with fundamental, bottoms-up equity research on tickers SLB and LULU in a $13.0 million equity portfolio.

Born in Silver Spring, MD and raised in Park Ridge, IL by her large Ukrainian family, Adrianna is now a resident of the Old Town neighborhood of Chicago and still speaks fluent Ukrainian. When not working with clients, she stays active with yoga, running, and cycling. An important part of Adrianna’s life is giving back to the Chicago community through serving as an Auxiliary Board member of Reading In Motion, a Chicago-based literacy non-profit, and volunteering with Chicago Lights’ one-on-one tutoring program for grade-school children.

Jenn Barry, CFA

Managing Director, Investment Advisor

Jenn Barry is Managing Director, Investment Advisor at Aaron Wealth Advisors. She brings decades of experience providing investment solutions to some of the largest and most sophisticated investors across the country. In this role, Jenn advises successful entrepreneurs, executives, and hedge fund principals on all aspects of their personal wealth, leveraging her vast network and years of experience navigating various market and economic cycles. Jenn takes pride in her holistic approach to helping clients not only achieve their financial goals but also in defining a life of contentment from their wealth.

Prior to joining Aaron Wealth, Jenn built an accomplished career on Wall Street, spending decades on trading desks across New York, Boston, and Chicago. She served as a trusted resource to professional investors working in the top echelons of the country’s preeminent asset management firms, including Northern Trust, Principal Global, Putnam Investments, and Wellington Management. Jenn’s natural leadership abilities and advocacy for women in finance have been recognized consistently throughout her career with a multitude of selective roles and awards. In 2009, Jenn was hand-picked to oversee Citigroup’s Midwest Institutional Equity Sales franchise in Chicago. In this role, Jenn led a growing team of successful sales professionals while also managing her own client relationships across the Midwest.

Jenn graduated from the University of Michigan’s Department of Economics in 1994 and has since continued to advance her financial acumen through years of rigorous study. She achieved one of the highest distinctions in the investment management profession by becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder in 2000. In addition, Jenn is a candidate for CFP® certification and recently completed the Building the Behavioral Advisor™ Program by Shaping Wealth with the goal of developing a deep understanding of how money fits into a meaningful life. Jenn was born and raised in the Detroit area and is an active member of Farmington Hills’ Mercy High School Alumnae Association, proudly supporting an institution she credits with much of her early character development. A primary driver of the boundless energy and focus Jenn brings to all aspects of her life is her passion for personal wellness and fitness. When not in the office, you’ll often find Jenn in the midst of an intense Power Zone training session on her Peloton bike. Jenn now lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with her husband and 3 beautiful children, who frequently provide for her love of live music at home with exclusive surprise performances by the Barry Family Band.

Matt McBroom, CFP®

Vice President, Client Development Manager

Matt McBroom is Vice President, Client Development Manager in our Carmel, IN office. In this role, he is responsible for developing new relationships with individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofits for Aaron Wealth Advisors by building awareness of the firm’s capabilities locally and nationally. In addition, he works in conjunction with the Investment Advisory team to coordinate, tailor, and manage the delivery of services to new clients. Matt is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and obtained his bachelor’s degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Matt began his career at Morgan Stanley in Chicago where he was a financial planning resource primarily advising equity compensation plan participants and other high-net-worth individuals. Then, returning to his hometown of Indianapolis, he joined UBS in a similar role providing financial planning expertise to advisors and their clients. Most recently, Matt served as Wealth Advisor to entrepreneurs, professional athletes, and high-net-worth individuals at SBC Wealth Management.

Born in Indianapolis, IN and raised in Carmel, IN, Matt and his wife Lucia (also a native of Indianapolis) are proud to be raising their two children in the same community in which they grew up. Matt serves on the executive committee for the American Cancer Society’s Indy Golf Classic and volunteers regularly at local charitable organizations. He is an avid golfer, snow skier, and reader and enjoys traveling around the country with his family.

Christopher Mason

Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory

Chris is a Managing Director and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory at Aaron Wealth. Chris has over 25 years of experience working on both public and private M&A transactions and financings in addition to a number of years as a private wealth advisor where he assisted families executing their own company transactions.

Before joining Aaron Wealth, Chris was the CFO of a Telemedicine company which was sold in 2022 to a large private equity firm.  Prior to his position as CFO, Chris worked as the head of Investment Banking Management Group at Saudi Aramco – this included a number of global transactions from small acquisitions to financings though the Company’s 2019 IPO.  Chris also spent 15 years working at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan in several locations where he managed portfolios as well as large hedging transactions.

Chris completed his B.A. in economics from Miami University in Ohio. Upon graduation, he joined Ernst & Young in New York where he worked in International M&A as well as Economic Consulting.  Chris then attended Vanderbilt University where he obtained an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting prior to joining Goldman Sachs.

Chris is an avid runner, having completed six marathons and he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his five children.

Vincent Barone

Vice President, Investment Management

Vincent Barone is Vice President, Investment Management for Aaron Wealth Advisors. In his role, Vincent works in conjunction with the Chief Investment Officer and team on investment related activities, including managing existing client portfolios, public & private manager due diligence efforts, trading, and prospective client analysis. Vincent is a 2023 Level III candidate in the CFA Program. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Management from the University of Kentucky.

Prior to joining Aaron Wealth Advisors, Vincent served as an investment analyst within a Wells Fargo Advisors team where he assisted in delivering and implementing wealth management solutions for their high-net-worth clients. He was also integrally involved in the research and analysis of equity, fixed income, and private market investment strategies.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Vincent enjoys exercising, traveling, and is also an ardent enthusiast of the tropical lifestyle and Hawaiian shirts. He remains committed to giving back to the community through his active involvement in the University of Kentucky’s student-run philanthropy group, DanceBlue, which helps to support children suffering from pediatric cancer, as well as volunteering with the American Heart Association and local organizations across Chicago.

Thomas Gogola, CFA

Vice President, Investment Management

Thomas Gogola is Vice President, Investment Management for Aaron Wealth Advisors. In his role, Tom works in conjunction with the Chief Investment Officer and team on investment related activities, including managing existing client portfolios, public & private manager due diligence efforts, trading, and prospective client analysis. Tom is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder as well as a Member of the CFA Society Chicago. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University.

Tom began his career as an analyst for a sell-side equity research firm located in Chicago, IL, primarily assisting in equity and fixed income trading for client portfolios. Later, Tom served as an Associate Portfolio Manager for a boutique private wealth management firm in Oak Brook, IL. There he worked closely with the firm’s Private Wealth Advisors to deliver and implement wealth management solutions for their high-net-worth clients. He was also integrally involved in the research and analysis of equity, fixed income, and private market investment strategies. Prior to joining Aaron Wealth Advisors, Tom was a Portfolio Analyst for MainStreet Investment Advisors. In this role, he was responsible for investment analysis, portfolio construction and research, production of written thought leadership pieces, and client communication.

Tom and his wife enjoy the outdoors, are avid cooks, and love traveling in their free time. During his time with MainStreet Investment Advisors, Tom was part of 53rd Bank’s Young Professional Business Resource Group, regularly participating in volunteer opportunities across Chicago and organizing events for professional development.
